How can I cancel my account?

You can easily cancel your account via your billing settings in your dashboard. Simply navigate to your billings setting and click the 'Manage Subscription' button to cancel your subscription at anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your subscription period.

How can I get invoices for my purchases?

You can download invoices at anytime via your billings settings in your dashboard. Simply click the 'Manage Subscription' button to access your invoices and subscription details. If you need specific information added to your invoices, you can email our friendly team at hello@feedspring.co

Do you offer customer support?

Of course! We offer customer support via our email or via our chat app in the bottom right. Alternatively, you can interact with our team directly on our Discord channel, we can't wait to meet you and share ideas.
