Managing Your Account
To get started for free, register an account and enter your email, name and choose a password. You will receive an email which confirms your account creation.
You can upgrade your account at any time via our pricing page. All payments are handled and processed through Stripe, the world's leading payment platform.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password or are unable to access your account, you can reset your password using the Forgot Password link from the registration page. You will receive an email to the registered account with instructions on how to reset your password.
Remove Account
We respect the privacy of our customers and go to extensive lengths to protect your data. If you wish to remove all traces of your account on our service, reach out to our friendly team and we will happily action this for you and provide confirmation once processed.
Billing & Payment
You can easily manage your billing information from your account dashboard. We work closely with Stripe, to deliver a world class payment solution for all our customers. All payments are charged in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include VAT/tax.
Download Invoices
You can download invoices from the billing tab within your account dashboard. If you require specific business information added to an invoice, you can contact our friendly team with the details you would like added to an invoice. Please allow us a few days to fulfill your request.
Change Payment Method
Need to update your payment method? You can do this using the billing tab within your account dashboard. Just click 'Manage Subscription' and you will be able to update and remove your payment method.
Cancel Subscription
FeedSpring is a subscription based service. You can cancel your subscription at anytime that suits you. You can cancel your account via your billing settings and your subscription will remain active until the end of your subscription period.
Refunds
We will work with you to resolve any concerns or problems with our product and ensure your satisfaction with our service. If you are having troubles with our product or need help, you should contact us directly to discuss a solution. If we have not provided the service or quality expected and cannot help you with a solution, we will honour a request for a refund.
